Gullac (Starch Wafers)

Ingredients: 10 starch wafers-1,5 glass of sugar-1 class of crushed walnuts-1 small pomegranate.

Mix the walnuts with 3 spoons of sugar. Boil the milk in a deep pan. Cut the starch wafers in half and dip in hot sweetened milk. Put half a spoon of the walnut-sugar mix in the middle and roll into a rose bud shape, starting from one end. Place in a wide and slightly deep serving plate. Pour the remaining hot sweetened milk on and cover. When chilled, decorate with pomegranate or strawberries.
